WILDER MIND

MORI

THE SHORT BRIEF

As a start-up, it's really important that our brand identity is recognisable and thought provoking. We'd like two very similar labels that still clearly show a difference in wine variety. Our vision is a 'Death Valley' theme or feel, to pay tribute to both our brand name Mori and our surrounding landscape.

WINE LABEL / PACKAGING

I don't know what we were expecting... but this really was an outstanding representation on our brief. We wanted something simple, that still packed a punch. We got just that.

For this projects we started with the Death Valley idea, with the intention of creating a label that showed this was a new rebellious New World wine, but also had a touch of class and sophistication that would stand the test of time unchanged. Skulls and Skeletons were an obvious go to... nothing shouts death louder than that.. but doing it in a way that also evoke a sense of feeling powerless to the elements, almost begging for one last drop of water... or in this case... wine!
